help finding software

I am looking for software that will do the following.
1. Read a document, such as a Word Document, and translate it into a recorded voice.
I would like to create my own training tapes for my profession.
Please let me know if you know of such a think.

The Keyword "text into audio" is great and that's what i was looking for. If anybody has any other keywords let me know.

A good number of softwares have been developed over the years for both Windows and Apple. This type of program has usually been found more with Apple for teaching bllind students as well as for assisting older blind people have some quality of life. 2nd Speech Center is one retail product with a shareware available to try out.
