Help Finding the right Card

I have a Dell Optiplex GX280 and would like to get a video/tv tuner with dual monitor support to add on. I would like at least 512mb, but I am looking for a good card that will fit in the GX280 Mini-Tower case. The space is kind of narrow inside the case. Any suggestions?

Have you got the dimensions of the case?

7" wide X 18" deep X 16.5" tall... It is one of those hinged cases that opens like a V, opening from the back and hinged in the front, so there is alot of component on both sides of the hinged panels.

Forgot to mention earlier, do you want a Graphics Card (GPU) or a TV Tuner card.
There two different things and require a slot each. Your motherboard has a PCI-E and a PCI so it can be done

Well, I have seen some that were graphics/tvtuner, but having two seperate cards would probably be best. Really for now just a good graphics card would work. What do you think of this card?
