Help Firefox

I was just using firefox then something went wrong and it told me to select another user, i selected my own older user and it has given me something which i was using about a year ago. I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING FOR MY NEW BROWSER and i don't want to have to get everthing and add it again. it will take hours and i won't remember everthing

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I AM GOING TO GET MY OTHER ACCOUNT BACK UP. it was a small screen on firefox which came up and told me i was on another account.

That's an easy fix, you haven't lost anything :) .

Be sure there are no running instances of firefox. Go to run, firefox.exe -profilemanager . You should be able to figure it out from there.
 
let me guess, when it asked you to pick the profile, it wouldn't let you use the default one right? it does that to me quite often for some reason
log off your user name on windows, log back in.
then, do like posted above and use the profile manager
should resolve the issue
