Help fixing Compaq ml350 g4p

I have aquired a Compaq ml350 g4p which was water damaged by sprinklers in a store. The computer does not turn on or even makes a sound when the power buttion is presed. It just sits there. It was ment to be thrown away but I cound not find it in me to throw away a $1000 computer. I suspect it is the power supply and hope it is not the main board. What kind of power supply does it have or what is the replacement? Are their any test that I could run on the parts?

The computer is not covered by a Warranty.
 
If I were you I would go to a store where they fix computers and ask for an estimate on how much it will cost to fix it and then go to the store where you go it damaged and tell them to pay for whatever it needs to be fixed because it was their fault not yours. Oh and by the way why would there be sprinklers in a store?
 
that's probably not the safest thing to do since their might be some security software in it telling them it belongs to a business. I fix computers for stores and do not have any parts for something this new.
