Help for a friend who lives out of town?

HI
I have a friend that just bought a new Hp . Win 7 pc...the problem is her web page displays ok but pogo games doesn't ..neither does any game really online at least..small game on left and chat way on the far right and both very small..should be all one ..

I had her turn the pc resolution down to 1024X768..no help

she has onboard AMD HD 6320 graphics..I had her check the refresh rate and its 60hz without any options but 60 in the drop down menu,,help:eek:

Pogo requires the latest version of java to be installed. Also make sure you have the latest version of flash player installed.
