Help getting my comp to boot plz

I just built my own system, and it boot up fine initially, but once I tried to install windows I had a problem. It installed fine, but once Im about to enter windows, it gives me that blue screen and restarts instantly. Im using a 64 bit processor, windows 64 bit ultimate, and a 64 bit compatible mobo.

My processor is running way hot, (90+ degrees C) which im trying to workout in the processor forum, perhaps this could be the problem?
 
is the cpu fan spinning?

did you use paste?

did you inspect that it was installed properly? with the 775 socket it may be hard without removing the mobo. i'd check the back of the mobo to see if the push pins are through.

C or F? 90C is BURNING! Do you have the CPU fan spinning at all? And if the heatsink is on, try feeling it lightly, does it seem that hot? If not, it might be a bad sensor.
