Help going crazy

Iam new ... This should be a very easy fix..i have windows 7
the web pages are to big.. I can not see my back button..i lost my start button...the pc is 100% on screen view..when i first got this pc it did this same thing.. I fixed it,, but forgot how i fixed it.. The more i try messing with it the worst it gets... It is a major pain...please help........

Probably just a matter of changing your screen resolution. What monitor do you have?
