I recently got GTA4 for pc and its not loading
its giving me the message ...

You system is incompatible with %P

AND THERES NOT LINK !?!?

i dlded .net framework and did everything else , please help !

Is %P accurate or did you mean XP?


If its XP update to SP3


Also it could be a bug with social club make sure its not getting blocked by your firewall and your logged in.

you do need .net framework 3.5, i didnt have it and i was having problems, called tech support and they said to download it and it will work and it did.
make sure all drivers are fully updated. nVidia and ATI have got new drivers for GTA IV.

also try what Twist86 said.
 
ya i just dlded .net frame , ill guess ill download recent drivers for my GPU
