i just bought a brand new asus a8n sli and im having major problems removing my old dell board. i unscrewed everything but it seems to still be in complete non budging movement, half of it moves, but the other half literally feels like its welded in place, wtf is holding it in so tight?:mad:
 
i have a dell as well i think it could be the part with all the serial ports and ps/2 ports etc has to be unscrewed and removed first sometimes, i did have the same problem with mine.

just a tip though dell are pretty strict with their PC's and sometimes you might find that adding new hardware that hasnt come from dell will not work in your computer.

why i don't know

well, i bought a new mobo, a8n sli. 4 gigs ram, new power supply (which i will have to cut a hole in the back of my tower so it aligns properly), new video card, 320 gb hard drive, and a new sound card. so i think everything will work out, but damn i cant get that stupid mobo out, its really frustrating
