((HELP)) How can I get a new IP address from another area Read

I have an MLB T.V. login. I am in a blackout place for the yankees in the tristate. I say i lived in georga but I think they are looking up my IP address and then seeing my zip code so now they know the yankees have rights for the TV.... But if I was to get an Ip from (Ex) Ohio they would think i am there and I would have the rights. Help wit any info
