help. i can't seem to log in to check my grades online

it works fine for my computer, its my friend whose having trouble. so whenever she tries logging into the site it says: Your browser does not seem to support cookies, please enable cookies for this domain and try again.

i told her to go to tools, internet options, security, and drop the bar level to the lowest. she tried it again and it didn't work.

is there anything else she can do to be able to access this site?

It's her firewall most likely, tell her to turn it off while she's using that site and see what happens

remember there are some sites that don't support firefox yet. tell her to use IE. I agree with chupacabra, it's probably the firewall. She might want to download the latest java and stuff like that.
