Help! I Dont Know How The Heck To Get Both Cores To Fold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, I just started folding a few days ago, great. But, It doesn't use bother cores. I looked at the instructions in the folding info section, but it is of no help. It always say "the computer could not find the directory specified" !!!!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!! what am i doing wrong?????? better instructions would be nice! Possibly step by step perhaps?????

COME ON PEOPLE! FOR THE SAKE OF HUMANITY!!!!! I NEED HELP!!!!! MAYBE EVEN IM EACH OTHER! I REALLY REALY WANT TO FOLD TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY! NOT JUST FOR ME BUT FOR ALL THOSE POOR POOR PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO COUNT ON US!!!!!............OK, i dont have to be that patriotic, but SEIOUSLY HERE!!!! Can someone who has done this before tell me?
