_ (<-- that! flashing in top left corner and nothing else happens)

PLEASE HELP ME!

Try changin the boot sequence so HDD is first. As do you have any portable devices connected to the PC at the current stage, such as a USB modem...?

You need to reinstall Windows, you can have an OS and then change all the hardware on it, it will most likely give you errors and wont boot.

So boot off of the XP CD and reinstall Windows.

ON-

press any key to boot from CD . . . . (enter)

after 3 minutes sitting on a black screen i pressed enter again

Setup started... :) looking good so far^^

Okay didnt work...--- setup got to 62% and just wudnt install anymore files, my nxt guess wud be i need a new HDD, anyone else enlighten me?
