HELP! Internet Connection problem

I have a HUB connected to the router, I have 2 PCs connected to the HUB, I also have a Mac connected to the router. Since yesterday one of the PCs (the pentium 3) keeps popping an icon at the tray at the bottom right hand side with a yellow '!': "Local Area Connection Status: Limited or no connectivity" I cannot access the internet, why?
 
Here Try This,, I also posted this on the other thread:

Your TCP/IP setting file is corrupted. It happened to me once and I used "Winsock XP", to fix the problem. You can download it here (its a Freeware).

After download just double click on it,
Hit Fix, and sit back for 1 minute and after that restart you computer and you should be good to go.

Now do remember, it will only fix the early stage of corrupted TCP/IP file. If your TCP/IP is seriously damage, you may have to reinstall the windows...

But Try this, I'm very sure it will work for you....
