Help! is Asrock b75 pro3 motherboard compatible with patriot memory card?

here is my problem: recently i assembled a new computer and it failed apparently. the computer could boost and all the fans could spin but the monitor remained black and it beeps 5 times everytime i tried to start it up. i thought it was either the motherboard or the cpu's problem so i sent them both back and got 2 new ones. assembled the new ones together just now and it still wont work, same problem, 5 beeps. I talked a friend who claimed to have some knowledges in this area and he told me its the memory cards' problems, he said the motherboard might not be compatible with my memory cards.

Memory card is Patriot Signature 8gb(2x4gb) 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Sorry for my bad english and btw this is my first post and i will appreciate any help from you guys!
 
Like "StrangleHold" says, it is a processor error. Take it out and look around the pins and make sure they are not bent in any of them.
