AMD FM2 Trinity A4 5300 3.60ghz-processor

FM1 MSI A55-P33 DDR3-MOBO


are these 2 compatible?

The one I linked was the FM2 version of the one you asked about in the first place. That one would work or the other FM2 board you mentioned which was the last Gigabyte one.
 
The only board you listed there which is compatible with the processor you are trying to use is the Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-HD2.
 
One more thing.

and if i ADD 4gb of ram DDR3
and SAPHIRE HD5770
+600w PSU

what games could i run then? is this a good build???

That is a pointless build. dedicated cards with AM3+ (FX/phenom II). Integrated video with FM chips.

If you want to use the 5770, then grab a 970A-UD3 and a FX4300. If not, up your RAM speed as far as your budget will allow and use the A4 (Its GPU chip is highly limited by memory bandwidth)

oh i thought that build was soo good! my bad haha. im horrible with this.
can you recommend some cheap MOBO and Processor for gaming. those cheap that runs great?
cheap but good mobo and processor where i can put my HD5770.?
