Help Laptop Error windows wont start

Hey ya'll. please can someone help asap!. I let my little bro on the Laptop and i dont know what he has done but he has shut it down and i have just come to go on it and i get this message.

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt

Last known good configuration (your most recent settings that worked)

Start Windows normally.



Then what ever option i press it like loads then goes to a blue screen and says this


Stop ****** (registeriny files failure)
The Registery cannot load the hfve (file)!
SystemRoot\System32\config\SOFTWEAR
its log or alternative
It is corrupt, absent, or not writable

have you tried Last known good configuration (your most recent settings that worked)?

After the stop sign are there a bunch of numbers e.g 0xC0000005?

If there is write them down and type them in the search bar at Microsoft's website, there will be something there telling you what to do.
