Help me build a $1000 PC

Hey guys havent been in the PC zone lately, and i need help on what parts to get. This computer im building is for my brother and its budget is 1000 AUD

Recommend any build and illl find one that suits me. He does everything on his computer from watching movies, light gaming, and work. 1000 is probably abit too much for his needs but he should be very happy with the parts considered.
