Help me choose a Firewall!

I need help on deciding which firewall to get. I don't want to get ZoneAlarm because I'm running the Kaspersky Anti-Virus and they don't work well together. I decided to try this for myself and whenever they are running together, every about 8-10 minutes my computer would Shut Down WITHOUT any warning. All I'm asking for is a good firewall which enables me to select any particular program installed on my machine and allows me to block it access to the internet etc.
