In 1-3.5Months I will get the cash to make my own C2d system. I need the motherboard to be overclockable , with the cheapest prices, I already have a 160GB IDE WD Caviar SE Hdd, so I dont need an HDD (unless SATA for really cheap of course).

Need:
Floppy Drive
DVD-Drive (or RW)
CD Drive (or RW)
Case
Motherboard
HSF with 35+ CFM please
CPU
Case Fans
Video Card
Sound Card (unless onboard sound is there)
Pair o' speakers

Have:
Western Digital SE 160GB IDE HDD.
Mouse
kybrd

Considering:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Echo-Star-600-W...3QQihZ004QQcategoryZ44949QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Echo start 600w PSU w/ 1year warranty.

EDIT: My price range is 400. No monitor or keyboard + mouse needed.

why not get a themaltake V1 or a Zalman cnt 9700 LED they both are great heat sinks although the V1 preforms a whee bit better

as for the CPU if you really want a big OC I would go with the e6850 its only dual core but its supposed to be a massive OCer

as for the MOBO get a MSI P35 platinum or MSI platinum D3 they are the same but the D3 uses DDR3. They both have the coolest north bridges on the market for the P35 chip set

reply to edit::OOOPPPPSS what I recommended would have put you way over budget sorry
