Help me choose between 2 pcs

ok i'll keep this short.

Im buying a new pc and I have the choice between 2, and pretty much all of the hardware is identical but the processors and motherboards are different.

So please tell me which one of the following is better and why

pc1:
cpu
AMD PHENOM™ X4 9550 (2.2GHz) 4 x 512K L2 Cache (Socket AM2+)

motherboard
ASUS M3A: AM2+, DUAL DDR II, S-ATA II, 3 PCI, 2 PCI-E

pc2:

Intel® Core™2 Quad Q6600 (4 X 2.40GHz) 1066MHz FSB/ 8MB L2 Cache

motherboard
ASUS® P5N-MX: DDR2, S-ATA II, 1 x PCI-E x16, 2 PCI, etc

For the same price, go with the Intel.
 
PC2 FTW! :D

Intel has currently the best architecture in processors. Q6600 would riff the Phenom out of the string!! :P
