help me chose 1 out of 2

Hi, I will be using this com mainly for gaming.

1st build:
x6 1090t
gigabyte 890fxa-ud5
6850 (cf in the future)
4gb corsair 1333mhz cl9
1gb samsung spinpoint f3
seasonic x 750w
nzxt tempest evo

2nd build:
x4 955
gigabyte 890fxa-ud5
6950 (cf in the future)
4gb corsair 1333mhz cl9
1gb samsung spinpoint f3
seasonic x 750w
nzxt tempest evo

They both cost roughly the same. For my 2nd build, is my psu enough or should I get a 800w psu? Will the 6950 fit into my chassis? Which one will you chose. Also, is onboard audio chipset able to handle a surround sound headset? Or must I buy a sound card to go with it? If so, which sound card will you recommend? If possible, is there any parts where I can cut cost?

THe Phenom x6 is good for if you are multitasking, but I have the x4 955 and it works awesome, with 4GB of ram, with games on max settings, mostly fallout new vegas, COD4, Gothic 3, and <.<...... Yes I play WOW (on ultimate settings). :) I was all googly over the I7 but I am extremly happy I went with the AMD 955 :).
 
Team Group RAM usually overclocks fairly well.

Out of those, avoid OCZ. With the rest, look for 1600MHz, CAS8 or lower, and 1.65V or under...the lower volts the better.

(you'll see some numbers somewhere on the box like 8-8-8-24, 7-8-7-22, etc...the first one is CAS latency)

Corsair I have heard ALOT of good things about, and Kingston is good to me because that was what is in my older computers and they ran with 0 problems for me. OCZ I have heard to stay far, far away from and the others I have never heard of.

It's technically considered an "overclock", but if the RAM is designed to go that fast in the first place, you won't have any issues.
