I'm using an Intel Pentium D 940, temperature is like 60 degree celcius idle.
No I haven't tried cleaning the dust out since I don't really know how to do it and don't have thermal paste so I'll have to take my computer out to those comp pros to do it for me.
I've been reading a lot on CPU fans, Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro seems to have pretty good feedback but I would, however, like to hear more opinions, suggestions from you guys.
My budget is 30 USD or below.
1 more thing, I want the fan to be compatible with core2 duo/quad in case i upgrade my cpu in the future so I won't have to get a new fan for that.
