Help me figure out what graphics card I need...

My parents have a Dell Inspiron 530 and I think the graphics card is bad, so I'd like to replace it. Does anyone know what kind of card I need? Here are some pictures of the slot on the mobo and of the card itself.

Any pci express video card will work, wouldn't go any higher than $50 though. Should be able to do $40 with no problems.
