Help me figure out what this video card is?

So my aunt gave me a Del XPS 240 and she wants a fresh install of Vista. My only issue is I have already installed Vista and when I go to install the graphics drivers Dell provides for two different Radeon cards. My aunt didn't even know she had a radeon card and I opened up the case and I am looking at the radeon card but I don't see any distinctive marking to help me see what card it is, is there a way for me to find out so I can install the correct driver?

Go into device manager, right click on the device and click on properties. Then click on the details tab, change property to hardware is and then list the 4 digit vendor and device ID numbers.

Awesome guys thanks for the quick response, I was able to find the information and install the correct driver.

I don't care for Windows very much just as a preference but I am going to try and teach my aunt a thing or two since the problem with the system was plagued by tones of bloatware from her not paying attention when installing software from the web all the additional added on software that came with them.

Thanks for your guys help.
