Help me find a new video card to replace my old one please

Socket 775 CPU, 2.13 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo- 4 MB L2 cache
4GB of Ram (3.25gb useable on 32 bit windows 7)
Chenbro PC611 tower case
Intel DQ965GF motherboard
1066 MHz front side BUS
350 watt power supply


it current has a geforce 6800 256mb in it. and im looking for a new video card that has hdmi so i can hookup my tv to it. the pc is mostly used for 1080p viewing and streaming internet tv.

i seem to tend to like nivida for some reason, but what could i get for no more than $70 .... i was looking at gt 240 , 520's or would the 9800gt be better? etc... but im not sure what would be the best bang for the buck. be nice to have a half decent card incase i do ever decide to try a little gaming. thxs

the first one there says like 48 stream processors, what do they do? should i maybe step up a notch to a tad better then those? or for the pc specs should those be the cards i get? thxs so much, shawn

the gt 430 and lower series has more stream processors?
 
stream processors are the muscle of the card. Basically, the more you have the better it will game. For HD video, any amount will do fine.
 
ok, umm mom said she would give me a few extra dollars towards this, so what might be the next step up towards the $80 price range? and i forgot to say canadain funds newegg.ca or ebay thxs so much, im hoping to buy something tonight so it comes before easter
 
The 6570's requirement is at least a 400w power supply, and I'm guessing the OP has an OEM PSU.

You might need to replace the power supply also.
