friday night my sister accepted a file via msn saying "is this you". This I believe was a worm and as soon as she accepted it the whole computer started to mess up. Msn closed, the internet slowed down, pop-ups constantly flased not letting me click any other windows and now a blue screen appears telling us that the computer has shut down to prevent the computer from breaking. Everytime I try to sign on I don't have chance to do anything because the blue screen appears. My firewall is blocked by something and it won't turn on... And I don't think there is any anti-virus software on my main computer.
Does anybody know what I can do to fix this problem? Please help.
