One thing I don't think would hurt would to get another case. There are plenty of great cases in the 70-100 dollar range. Do you need a full tower?

i already have 2 mid towers i wanna try build one with a full tower. there arent too many variety for full towers.:)

i dont need 2 gb i rather have 4megs of cache :)

Well thats your choice but you would see MUCH more performance gains from 2GB of ram than the 4MB of Cache. I agree to dropping the CPU down and getting more ram. Makes more sense.

i currently use 2gb of ram on another rig and i never get to used the entire first gig. i dont run alot of stuff at once :)

What will you use this rig for? If gaming you will get more out of 2GB of ram than 4MB of Cache on a CPU. Reduced load times for sure. Better overall performance as well.

But it's also MUCH cheaper to upgrade to 2 gigs of ram than a whole new cpu :)

i want suggestion on the aftermarket cooling for the cpu and suggestion on how i can pay less for same performance and not making huge changes to the setup like from a gig to 2 gb or a different cpu.

i recreate the same build with additional items but this time at zipzoomfly and the shipping cost is only like 50 bucks as oppose to newegg's 180 bucks :)

same shipping through FEDEX 2nd day. :D

Why not just get a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 instead? That would save you $80. If you don't want to do that, Newegg.com has the board you picked for $160 oben box, I believe..

If you want a good cooler, consider the Thermaltake Big Typhoon...

i saw a bunch of bench marks were a overclocked e6300 proformed at almost the same level as an e6600 at the same clock

is it noisy ?:)

My friend has one, i cant hear it so i guess its not?

Btw, all brand name coolers are quiet, atleast more quiet than the stock ones for sure...

But he wanted a full tower. Aren't those middies?

Less expensive mobo IMO,more RAM, why get DDR2-1066 RAM?
