Help me make an offer?

I've been offered a desktop with the following specs. It's about 8 months old. Can anyone help me come up with a good price to offer, or inform me if it's even worth offering on? I'm not sure how outdated the parts are, or if I could get better for cheaper. :)

Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 680 2048MB GDDR5, DVI, DVI-D, HDMI, DisplayPort, 4-way SLI Ready Graphics Card

RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Gaming Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory

Processor: AMD FX-8350 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition

That GPU is a solid $550+

Geez.... If I had the money I'd offer $700 or more. (It's worth more new...)
It's a good combo of parts.. Very powerful.. :eek:

That psu is rubblish. If u are buying it, get yourself a good one asap.

Is it include hdd and os? What case it got?

OS is Windows 8 Professional.

I haven't seen the case yet.

And I'm stuck with everything as is, full package. So do you recommend not buying this unit? Or if it is an alright unit to purchase, what would you offer on it, in my shoes?
 
First four item, $500

Try to get whole tower at $600 - 650. Get a decent psu, probably cost u another $70

Good deal. That 550 you linked is way less powerful anyway. I'd look in to a new power supply though. Don't want it going bang and taking your machine with it.

Second, G.Skill and Gigabyte are two of the best computer hardware manufacturers

Third, its your opinion, and since he already bought it, its not very valid
