id just get a newer cpu and mobo spend 120 at newegg u could get a 3500, and mobo

well im not looking to spend every penny of mine . i was jw if it would work in those 2 motherboards.

They should work if the both are socket A's and support Durons.

still is the mhz right . because if not they will not right. i try on the one i got from newegg . wrong CPU SPEED. it didnt work.
