help me pick a mobo

Hi I need a mobo and CPU to fit this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16811208009 case. Preferebly an AMD Dual core. I got about $250 to spend on the case, mobo, and cpu.

I should say pick an open box ASUS M2N-E $65.99 (Not open box $92.99). The M2N-E is a good motherboard. BTW do you have rams ? For the AM2 you need DDR2.

All the Asus AM2 boards are nice. You could be close to your budget with the Asus m2n-e and the X2 3800

Those don't have a AGP slot. And I have 1 GB of RAM but I dunno if it's DDR or DDR2. how do i check?

ok so scratch that. I need something that supports Dual DDR SDRAM. I still want the case but I'm open for any suggestion as to what cpu and mobo to get. I need something that will hold 2 HD, a AGP slot, and A lot of usb ports

ASrock makes a 939 dual sata motherboard that supports the 939 dual cores, and AM-2 it has both PCI slot & AGP

thats right; all the above and a bag of chips!! and I think they are about $69.00
