Help me pick one of these hard drives

I'm getting close to picking out all the parts I want, now I'm looking at hard drives but I don't really know what to look for. I don't really know any good names or what I'm looking for. This is for a budget gaming system, and I'm hoping to find a hard drive for around $60 or so, even less would be better.

I found these two, they are open box and seem pretty good and I don't think I have to worry about about box on a hard drive (or should I?)

Are these any good? What should I look for in a hard drive? I tried to read over the FAQ on this forum, but its a lot of info to take in.

Any other suggestions for a good hard drive on a budget?

Eh... I'm not a fan of open box stuff. I'd seriously look into something NEW. Hard drives are so fragile compared to some things, I don't like them to be used. Also, I'm more of a Western Digital fan. Each person here has their story, and I have my horror story with Seagate drives! I'd probably give Samsung a try, if I HAD to pick one of those...
 
Yeah I don't know whats good or whats bad, so let me know.

I'll look into some Western Digital stuff.

Any other opinions?
