Help me pick out a video card

First, my specs:
AMD athlon 64 x2 Dual-Core Processor 4200+
2 gig of ram
NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE (integrated, this is what i want to change)

Currently I am playing Project Reality (a BF2 mod) and am on all low settings. In the future I would like to be able to play PR, OPF2, and ArmA2 on high settings. My budget fo the card would be about $200.
This is what I have found so far that looks promising:

This seems to be the best card for the money that I have seen. If there is another card out there that is better for same price I would like to know.

LOL I have the exact same budget as you and im lookin for a card too and I found the evga 8600 GTS just like you except mines 256mb and it doesnt come with free stuff! But ya i think you should stick with that if not you should check the X1950PRO because its more optimized for 512mb of memory but ya you can get that for about 150-200$
