help me pick out my case/PSU

OK I'm a first time builder and I was wondering what you guys/girls think of some cases I was looking at??? Keep in mind I like side windows and don't really want to do heavy mods to my new case. I would like to have a case and a PSU under $150 USD but would spend extra if needed. MOST IMPORTANT IS IT HAS TO BE BLACK MAYBE SILVER IF IT IS THAT COOL


Cases I have my eye on/any that you would suggest???

Really had my eye on the Ultra Black Aluminus but was told it wasn't very good at coolong/didnt have a good PSU

The ThermalTake Tsunami wins it in the looks contest over the Antec model seen at the links there. But the advice here is not to order a supply that comes with the case but one you know is "well made, stable, reliable, adequate with a little extra for later expansion". Ultra supplies made it to the "BAD" list compared to several others makes.

My current case,.. it comes in a glossy black paint,.. and i absolutely love is <3 its also very nice quality,.. and except the intake fan wobbeling a bit (wich i bended straight now, so no problem anymore) No problems.
and the airflow is just great :)
 
but.. just a question.. you want to get a case +PSU for $150 to power

yeah but i would spend more if i needed.

Is the Ultra Black Aluminus really that bad??? Yeah I would probly need a new PSU. Is the cooling going to be bad on that case???

Dual fans in the front with vented front panels that match the 5 1/4" bay covers. You may not like the looks of the AeroCool model case but lately the cpu has been seen at 31C after running day and night with loads. The board temp was about the same as usual. Pretty soon I'll probably start seeing ice formations on the HSF?! :eek: bbrrrrr.... :D love it!

I dont think that case is bad tbh.. I assume you're not going to stack wood on it or so? I gues the case will be fine then :)

NAAAAA...! If you really want to go "overrrrrr" take a look at the Zalman case seen at http://www.xoxide.com/zalman-fatal1ty-fc-ze1.html :P
