Help me please!!!!!!!

Hello i need help i have an acer aspire 3000 laptop and i accedentally deleted administrator file with command prompt and now i cant download anything or even do anything its relly pissin me off ive tried alot of things to fix it but none of dem have worked but every now and then an administrator file pops up in da log in screen but it has a password we never used to even have a file called administrator how come its there now and how can i fix it so i can download and play some video games and download music
 
Before I can tell you how to recover/reset the password what Operating System do you have installed.

P.S CF Administrator/Moderators is it allowed to help someone reset (not bypass) their Windows password on these forums?
