ok well we switched our phone service to vonage and our 1 of our phones was hooked into the computer with 1 jack going to the plug in the wall and one to the phone. i tooke them both out leaving the blue eather net cord in it but the internet is not working whats wrong?
 
Could be a lot of things. Is that port enabled on your computer... is your modem working... is that port even good on your computer...
