my computer is f*cked

i must have over 100 viruses on my pc and im getting pop ups everywhere telling me to download poker programs and crap like that.

cant play dod or anything

i want to restore my computer to the original settings. wipe everything from my hard drive and start over clean but i don't know how to do this.
At the boot screen i hit f10 for system recovery but it doesn't load.

are there any programs that i can download and use? or any windows tools?

If you're so sure about restoring everything, just reformat your harddrive and then reinstall windows adn all th other programs you need.
