help me with this,someone..

i have this azureus...
and try to download something...
but its always displaying red face...
(it says that i'm not connected to any peer while downloading)
i dont understand what it says...

i had read some artticles...
says that it need a good setting...
so i try to check the tcp incoming listen port..

i test it..n it says this:

"Testing port 16881 ...
NAT Error - Connect attempt to 121.120.135.27:16881 (your computer) timed out after 20 seconds. This means your port is probably closed."

why is that?

how to fix it?
n i dont know anything about this ' tcp incoming listen port '....

help me guys....

i dont think i have firewall installed in my pc..
except the firewall that already installed in my pc...
(window xp sp2)

open port?
how to open one?

allow it in windows firewall.

Also what router do you have (if you do have one)

I use utorrent i havent used azureus but does it have a test if port is fororded button like utorrent?

(i know alot about bittorrent apps so ask away)

Go to start>control panel>security center>windows firewall>exceptions

And click add program (and add azureus). click port and add ur port name it az1 or whatever and click the TCP dot/box.

next add your port again exept click the UDP box (use a different name like az2).

Hope this helps.

Only go for adding ur Azurus application in the exception list of the Windows firewall. It will work for u.

i cant fix it...
it still the same...
i've added a port n name it az1 and click the TCP dot/box.
and also added another port n name it az2 and click the TCP dot/box.

but when i try to test it using the NAT/Firewall test...
but it display the error message again...

any ideas?

why is that?
