I have been thinking lately i know i can get some good money for my PC and i was thinking about going PS3 be a console gamer instead of PC i dont know if id be making a bad decision or not. Can any help me with maybe some pros and cons for PS3 VS PC?
I'm thinking the same, but I need my computer for more than just games. If sony got a word processing program and an internet browser (or does it already? I dunno) I'd have one. At the moment I need another gig of ram and around £200 on a video card to get it up to decent gaming spec - I could have a ps3 with a couple of games for that...
a ps3 will save you money in the long run as its cheaper to buy than a nice rig and you can rent the games which will save you so much...the only real downside is that you need an hdtv to get decent graphics.
a pc will probably be better if you enjoy playing online games with top of the line graphics, i know a ps3 can be hooked up to the net for this but I heard it wasn't that great... i havent tried it with mine yet.
I say fix up your pc into a gaming rig if you already have most of the components and pick up the ps3 if you already have an hdtv
my PC is a gaming rig but im sure the PS3 graphics are alot better. I have an 8800GT but it seems tht PS3 is better graphics wise. I have the HDTV 62" widescreen not LCD but its flat screen
I dunno I have a 8800GTS and I don't agree with the PS3 is better graphics. Its nice but no console will ever whip a PC in power/graphics.
We can upgrade where it can't its cheaper in the long run to be console that is correct and there are game titles that will never meet PC such as the new Final Fantasy's.
My vote is if you got the cash do it. Rent games vs buying um.
I also hear people found out of to make back ups of PS3 games now too.
