My computer has a problem with a power.
When I clicked "turn off", my computer didn't shut down, it only restarted.
Sorry for my poor English :D (if I have a mistake)
 
Do you have any external usb or firewire drives? I know when I leave my firewire burner on(or turn it on when the coomputer's off) it causes the computer to start back up. Or, if I shut it down, it causes it to just come right back on... Quite odd, isn't it...
 
Never tried that with mine, but I'm quite sure it would kick back on. All I know to do is switch off the drives first.

Now, is yours USB or firewire? Because this ONLY happens with my firewire drive. USB is fine.

Anouther thing to check is go to control panel then power options then advance tab and under when I press the power button on my computer. make sure you have it set to shut down.

Same goes for the BIOS too :)
