Help Me!!

Here are the problems I've been having just in the last few weeks.

I have to turn on my pc about 12 times before it actually starts. I will power on for a few seconds then just shut off; each time lasting a little bit longer. Once it does start, it tells me that overclocking failed (I don't overclock as far as I know) and to press F1 for setup or F2 to load default.

When I hit F1 and exit out of setup, it will restart the problem all over again. F2 will start it up fine but my usb mouse will not work and it says that the device won't load properly. The mouse works on other computers just fine.

Lastly, the graphics screw up. I have the saphire radeon x600 and when I run ATItool it shows many artifacts while running the speeds it was made to do. I have to slow it way down to run without any problems.

Any ideas? I'm not on that pc right now so I don't have all of the specs but I do know that I have an ASUS mother board; 3.0 ghz, 1 g ram, windows xp. Thanks!
