So I've had my PC for a couple years now but i've finally put it to its limit. I have no more disk space on my C: drive and I don't even know where the D: drive is located. I don't think I have one because I only see one drive in my computer. I need help creating more space. Can I buy any type of drive to boost up my memory or do I have to stick with a duplicate on like the one on my drive? What else can I do to increase memory. N E thing helps.

Hey

Do you have a Dell, Compaq or a PC of that sort? Sometimes it can be a pain in the --- to add new devices.

Now, in most cases buying a new HDD (hard-drive) should do the trick - which you could simply add to the existing. That would eliminate most of the possible problems. You would have to clean up your existing HDD by moving things to the new HDD. Ideally, for it to run as it should, you should be aiming at a minimum of 15% free space on the OLD one.

I currently have a Sony Vaio PC. So your say I just need another hard-drive. I see but does it have to be something similiar to the old one or just any type of hard-drive that i can afford.
