help my computer is weird

when i play a game the game automaticly minimize then i have to open it again

i dont even have to be in the game for 30 sec. and it does that

i have a geforce 6600 gt
amd ahtlon 64 3500
fatal1ty mobo
1gb kingston hyper x
 
does that to me when i have instant messages, close all background apps, that should do it, also you'll see a small increase in preformance :D

Ku-sama is correct. This would happen if you have anything that opens a pop-up window. (ZoneAlarm, Instant Messengers, Anti-Virus Progs, etc...)
 
Hitting Alt + Esc will take you back to the desktop lol, don't hit that combo.

Does the game just minimize, or does it completely close out. If it jsut minimizes i'd also say it's some kind of a pop-up/message interfering with the game.

If it completely closes the game (what i would assume is a crash) then there are greater problems afoot!

HAHAHA Thats like telling people the reason there wireless doesn't work is becaouse of those "solar winds" when you don't feel like fixing there wireless....
 
he said a game, not 1 game in particulair. wich mean.. or he has only flawed hardware. or its not the game but more likely spy/addware

well, i wouldn't say format c: for that kind of problem, i just think that it's the best solution for the problems you don't know how to solve without formating :)
