help my drives are stuck

damn dude that happened to me last night from a really stupid reason. I put in a very messed up and warped music cd in the drive and it had trouble ripping bc it was rlly messed up and it jammed my drive and after 10 mins I got it open using nero eject.

You may simple need a new drive if it happens like your describing it though. I guess that's what happens with a dell huh.

Damn, doesn't dell use blu-ray drives now? You might want to call up dell to have them service it, since anything you do yourself will void the warranty.

That Dell would still smoke your system ;)

Definitely Call Dell as AznPride83 recommended.

Sure but start doing plenty of intensive tasks and gaming and such and it won't be long before the dell starts "fading" away. Remember dell uses cheap parts from last time I checked.

Low grade ram, crappy power supplies, mobo's aren't great neither.

All that heat generated and what 1 rear fan I think it is ? I smell trouble there as well.

Haha, that's why you don't buy dell. Maybe you can gain a little knowledge out of this forum and build your own computer next time around?

This Dell bashing is really irritating... He/She didn't ask for your opinions on Dell, they asked for help. So keep the Dell bashing comments for the "Why Dell Sucks" thread.
