Hi people. I have a Bt connect email address for when i used to be on bt broadband. i switched from bt to a different isp. I have forgotten my password for my bt but although i know my secret question. When i try and request my password back it says "i am not using a bt line/broadband" .

can someone help please?
i have all my contacts on my bt acc.

If you closed your old account there will be no way to access it. You will have to contact BT to see if they can help you in any way.
