Help MY PC WONT FORMAT!

I Have tried to format my pc and when i get to the windows setup blue screen i get to were it says searching for existing windows and doesnt do anything just stays there. please help my pc is a mess and i cant even format:mad: Sorry i forgot to mention im running xp home sp2, also my hd is sata 2 and needs the floppy disc with the drivers on it for the hd to work

You can run a live cd of linux and use its partitioner. Just delete all partitions and that's it formated.
