HELP, my themes are messed up

All my task bars and everything are black i cant even see what i'm typing here. How can i change my themes back to defualt. (i cant see the properties window)

This may seem a bit obvious, but have you checked the monitor settings to make sure the brightness and contrast aren't turned all the way down?


EDIT: The picture wasn't in your post when I responded.

thanks but i figured it out
i usually have a program reapply my theme every time i turn on my computer but this time it didnt work so i tried to do it manually and ended up with all my bars being pure black.
after a restart the program worked and reapplied my theme so i can see now
