Help needed in buying a computer

I need help in buying a computer. My 3 year old Dell just crashed and I don't know where to begin even whether I want another dell.

My uses are mainly Photoshop and other large editing programs, would have to be a pc. Please help on where to go and what to buy, I guess I only need the computer part and no moniter.

I have a very nice athlon 5000+ with a 8800gts 640mb video card and 4gigs of ram with a 64bit operating system for sale on ebay right now. It's only been used a few hours. I'm taking a huge hit on it. It will play the high end video games, so I'm sure it would do your photoshop applications. My email is "[email protected]". I would guarantee the system for 30 days so if it doesn't work with your programs I'll refund your money.

However! Aside from that I've been looking for someone to do a custom photoshop painting for me to put on my website. I contacted a guy I saw do a painting on youtube but alas, no reply.
