help needed to recover laptop

Hi,

i need some help to recover my toshiba tecra 9100.
i have inserted the recovery disc into the drive and rebooted my laptop.
they asked me to choose which system i wanted, and i chose windows xp.
next they informed me that all data will be erased and asked me to continue.
however the next screen i see is a " WRONG MACHINE!" "Installation aborted/failed " screen.
can anyone advice me on what i can do next and how i can recover my laptop?

Is your recovery disc the same one that installed XP on the laptop? That's the one you should use.

yeah, i think its the same one.
it says toshiba tecra 9100 recovery disc 1 of 3.
