Help needed

Done a full scan with Kaspersky and it came up with Vulnerability://www.vir...C:\program files\...very dangerous.
What i would like to know is what do i do with it,i thought Kaspersky would get rid of it.cheers.

You didn't list much info there. The filename isn't even complete. If you think you are infected follow the instructions in this thread and post the requested logs back here.
